Tony Giarratana
Principal
Mr. Giarratana has been a real estate entrepreneur and developer for over 30 years. Recognized for his creative leadership in complex urban projects, he pioneered high-rise residential in Nashville’s central business district and SoBro. His Viridian was named 2007 Urban Land Institute “Development of the Year” by Atlanta District Council. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Administration. He serves on the boards of Lipscomb University College of Business, Middle Tennessee Council Boy Scouts of America, and Nashville Downtown Partnership.
Ted Kromer
Development Director
Mr. Kromer graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with an architectural degree and was in private practice with TVS and other firms for 11 years before joining Cousins Properties in 1976. In 1982, he co-founded Trion Group which developed office and retail throughout the southeast. His Green Hills Mall was named 1983 “Most Outstanding Retail Development” by International Council of Shopping Centers and received an “Award of Excellence” from the American Institute of Architects. Mr. Kromer is a registered architect and licensed real estate broker. He joined Giarratana as Development Director in 2005.
Phil Meadows
CFO
Mr. Meadows has worked in finance and accounting for 30 years to achieve financial efficiency in manufacturing, parking, and real estate development. His attention to detail and calculated approach has proven instrumental in generating profitability from corporate divisions. He has orchestrated extensive computer system conversions and implementations. Mr. Meadows graduated from Freed-Hardeman University with a degree in accounting and has served as Chief Financial Officer for Giarratana since 2004.
