Alcove
Internationally Acclaimed. Distinctly Nashville.
Thirty-four stories of stacked, shifted cubes at 900 Church Street. ALCOVE earned the CTBUH Award of Excellence for Best Tall Building (100-199 meters), the first Nashville building to receive international architectural recognition. The tower also received the American Architecture Award from The Chicago Athenaeum and the ULI Nashville Excellence in Development Award.
The building's dynamic arrangement carves out four signature 75-foot-tall alcove terraces, each serving seven floors. Two face east toward the Nashville skyline. Two face west with unobstructed sunset views. Rooftop amenities include a saltwater pool and a separate clear acrylic-bottom pool that cantilevers over the 27th floor terrace, suspended 400 feet above the sidewalk.
Local art is woven throughout the building. An all-woman team of Nashville artists and makers created a mosaic installation wrapped around the 30-foot lobby column, rooting the building in the city's creative identity.
