The first residential high-rise in SoBro. Encore rises 20 stories at 301 Demonbreun Street, directly across from the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Co-developed with Novare Group, the tower helped launch the transformation of the South of Broadway district from vacant lots into one of Nashville's most sought-after neighborhoods.
The building offers one and two-bedroom condominiums with over 20,000 square feet of street-level retail. Rooftop amenities include a pool with cabanas, outdoor lounge with fire pit, 24-hour concierge, fitness center, theater room, and game room.
